Quoi que nous fassions, que nos activit\u00e9s soient vertueuses ou non, que nous soyons saints ou meurtriers, moines ou libertins, chaque jour finit de m\u00eame. Nous fermons les yeux et nous nous dissolvons dans l\u2019obscurit\u00e9.\u201d Ainsi commence l\u2019ouvrage que le moine tib\u00e9tien Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoch\u00e9 a consacr\u00e9 en 1998 au yoga tib\u00e9tain du r\u00eave et du sommeil, une ancienne tradition du bouddhisme t\u00e9bitain B\u00f6n dans laquelle les moines s\u2019entra\u00eenent \u00e0 la pratique des r\u00eaves lucides.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si en Occident nous connaissons surtout les pratiques posturales (<em>asana<\/em>) et respiratoires (<em>prana<\/em>) du yoga, celui-ci comporte en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de nombreuses autres pratiques, toutes consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des formes diverses de m\u00e9ditation. Le Tantrisme tib\u00e9tain reconna\u00eet notamment une certaine utilit\u00e9 au r\u00eave &#8211; qui se dit \u201c<em>milam<\/em>\u201d, signifiant \u201cla voie de la manifestation\u201d &#8211; en tant qu\u2019outil d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00c9veil et \u00e0 la Lib\u00e9ration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pratiquer le yoga du r\u00eave, il s&rsquo;agit tout d\u2019abord de devenir lucide, ce qui passe par une pratique assidue afin que dans le songe nous soyons toujours conscient de r\u00eaver. Cette exacerbation de notre conscience doit permettre de ne plus se laisser emporter par nos pens\u00e9es et nos \u00e9motions et donc de ne plus subir mais de rester pr\u00e9sent, libre et apais\u00e9. Il est ensuite n\u00e9cessaire que le r\u00eaveur d\u00e9passe toutes les peurs auxquelles il est confront\u00e9 dans son sommeil, en comprenant qu\u2019il ne fait face qu\u2019\u00e0 un miroir, une simple projection de son propre esprit, et que rien ne peut lui faire de mal puisqu\u2019il est lui-m\u00eame \u00e0 l\u2019origine de tout.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois conscient de l\u2019illusion du r\u00eave et lib\u00e9r\u00e9 de toute crainte, le yogi doit prendre conscience de la similitude entre la vie et les r\u00eaves : dans la journ\u00e9e nous sommes engag\u00e9s dans le m\u00eame processus de production onirique, mais nous projetons cette activit\u00e9 mentale sur le monde et pensons que nos exp\u00e9riences sont \u201cr\u00e9elles\u201d et ext\u00e9rieures \u00e0 notre propre esprit. Elles ne le sont pas. La vie \u00e9veill\u00e9e n\u2019est en cela pas diff\u00e9rente de la vie assoupie. Le cerveau ne fait d\u2019ailleurs pas la diff\u00e9rence entre les \u00e9motions ressenties dans le sommeil et celles de la journ\u00e9e. Les exp\u00e9riences que nous avons en songe ne sont donc pas plus irr\u00e9elles que celles de notre vie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de veille. Seuls nos sens se retirent dans le sommeil, n\u2019influen\u00e7ant plus la conscience qui r\u00e9side alors dans sa base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le yogi pourra ensuite manipuler ses r\u00eaves &#8211; tant les objets, couleurs, lumi\u00e8re, images, sons et odeurs que son propre corps -, en exclure l\u2019influence des \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives, et m\u00e9diter sur l\u2019image des divinit\u00e9s, per\u00e7ues comme des portes vers l\u2019illumination. Loin d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux moines et yogi confirm\u00e9s, cette pratique peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e par tous afin de comprendre la nature de l\u2019\u00e9tat de r\u00eave et, par cette compr\u00e9hension, en tirer des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices d\u2019ordre spirituels ou psychologiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ramenant de l\u2019attention dans une partie n\u00e9glig\u00e9e de notre exp\u00e9rience qui occupe pourtant un tiers de notre existence, le yoga du r\u00eave permet de profiter au maximum de notre vie humaine en d\u00e9veloppant une conscience accrue de chaque instant, \u00e9veill\u00e9 comme endormi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Tantrisme tib\u00e9tain reconna\u00eet l\u2019utilit\u00e9 des r\u00eaves lucides comme outil pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9veil.
